Shoots well, great values 4 the money, I like It. Learning a lot.

I purchased this rifle from crosman, very satisfied with it. They have very fast shipping, the rifle is very accurate. I like the style of it, it likes the crosman premiere pellets the best, (hollow point and domed) Now I’m looking at the crosman mag fire.

South Florida is overrun by invasive species that are harming our ecosystem. Iguanas and various snake species that were once pets and then either escaped or were released, breed and thrive here in the wild.
This Crosman F4 makes quick work of the iguanas, especially the ones in trees which are otherwise untouchable. It’s an awesome value.

Great shooting air gun and good value by comparison.

The scope that comes with it is complete junk, It won’t adjust properly and of course Walmart wouldn’t allow me to return gun to get a reploacement.
Even with a laser mounted on the gun, you still can’t hit a pop can at 30 yards because the shot pattern is ALL over the place!
I do not recommend this air gun at all.

I bought this gun in 2017 when setting on my deck after surgery. Gun was rough at first since was my first nitro piston. Wasn’t impressed with scope. Put a 1974 Bushnell scopechief vi on. Played with different ammo and came up with H&N Baracuda hunter extreme 9.57 gr. Took few shots to zero and I have been thumping tree rats and coons ever since. Love to see this in a .22 version. Thanks for a nice solid gun keep up the good work.

The front barrel keeps swiveling after it is supposed to be locked. The scope is maxed for the round to shoot higher and is still 8 inches low. Got this for my son’s 14th birthday, big let down. Walmart won’t accept back for a refund. Will be contacting. Know how to shoot and site in a rifle..20 years in the Marine Corps…this is crap.
Gary Spiroch –
WOW this rifle does the job with igunans here in south Florida this rifle really packs a punch with these guys they don’t have a chance let me tell you this is one great rifle

Scope is junk will not buy another crosman product hole gun is junk will not hold a pattern wasted that 100$!

I honestly don’t understand why this rifle has gotten such mixed reviews. Because at 25 yards I can drive a ten penny nail like I was standing over it. EVERY SINGLE TIME!
Now I’ll be honest, I’ve got a Ruger 4X32 scope on it. (I’m the second owner of the rifle so I don’t know what scope it came with) BUT, dialed in with a soft rest, I can not miss. Seriously. My MOA is about 1/8th of an inch. My groupings can be covered with a dime.
So, for $150 bucks it’s a Hell of a rifle.

I’ve tried using the scope that came with it and I’m not able to dial it in. I’ve tried a couple other scopes and I’m still high and to the right. I’ve shot it without a scope and lord knows where that guy landed. Severely disappointed

Rifle is junk! Refuses to hold a grouping. Fire shoots at one specific spot and it will shoot in a complete different spot each time. Bought this rifle hoping to have a good time all I got was a frustrating piece of junk air rifle. Oh yeah and the entire barrel of the rifle jiggles around.

If people are having trouble with this rifle, it may be your ammunition… Crosman Premier Super Point pellets are hard to load, fit tight, deform easily, and produce a ton of flyers for me… On the other hand, with Crosman 7.9 gran Hollow Points, I can knock the eye out of squirrel 25 yards… Try different ammo; see if it helps.

I purchased this gun from my local Walmart for $100. The first 2 or 3 shots were right on the money, and then it started shooting all over the place. From 40 feet sometimes it would miss the whole 12 inch target. It often sounds like the pellet don’t clear the barrel. I’m very displeased thus far but I’m going to keep shooting it hoping it will get better. The scope that comes with it is total junk. I’m going to try a different scope to see if it helps.

Got this gun a year ago,and I don’t know what people’s problems are with it. I’ve chilled hundreds of starlings with this lots of squirrels and a couple ground hogs. A couple of those starlings were close to a hundred yards away. The pellets that have worked best for me are Norma ft heavy or the Crosman ultra domed pellets. Please make a 22 for the same price! Only thing that’s iffy with this gun is the scope, but it works!

ive had the rifle approx a year now but the first few months was with original scope in my opinion isnt that great & not as accurate so i upgraded to a better scope i found at big 5 for around $60 optima 3-9x40mm with mil-dot & when lookin thru the scope is way better & more accurate & its been dead on ever since!
ive used different pellet types from the pointed to hollow point type & now going to try the gamo red fire.
original scope not that great but once you upgrade to a better one you’ll be surprised!
Adam C Owens –
Gun has power but will not group at all. Removed junk scope and used a decent scope. Same problem. Shoots all over the place. Impossible to dial in on a standard 12 inch circle.
Mark Henderson –
Shot about 1000 pellets through it over months time. Out of nowhere the armature broke while cocking it. Kept it oiled per manual instructions. Severely disappointed in this product.
Emma A Smith –
this gun is okay but the scope is trash and there is no grouping over all this gun is bad!
Tony –
After a month or so and about 2200 rounds. There is significant reduction in speed and force downrange. There is oil leaking from the trigger mechanism, and a audible movement when point rifle downward. There is also oil emanating from base of tube where us seats with rifle stock. As far as accuracy it’s all over the place using Crosman ammo. Started off with the Recreational Pointed tips with mild success taking out small birds. Moved up to the Premier Hollow Point and accuracy diminished. Grouping at 25 yards was unpredictable. When using the Premier Pirana they shout always way left even though the Hollow Points remained consistent. Scope upgrade is almost mandatory for hunting. When new racoons at 30 yards was a breeze. Now at 20 yards they just look and laugh and run off to come back with more damage. Nit very satisfied overall however, will continue to support the brand if the equipment can hold up.
