This is a great pistol for the price I previous had a Croosman 1377 pump air pistol for 36 years so I purchased the vigilante Accurate I have had 96 shots with Crossman co2 catridge I am very pleased with this Revolver.

Its great for the price. My uncle bought it from a friend and I ended up buying it from my uncle. Its dead-on accurate. I added a Tasco 4-16x scope I believe and it hits more consistently than my .22 rifle. Love the double action system and the .44/.357/.500 magnum style. Reminds me of the Raging Bull. The grip is very comfortable. The only complaint I have is the safety is a little strange and at least on my well used vigilante, loose. But all in all a great pistol for the price. Especially if you have a young one that wants to learn to shoot, its pretty consistent with its accuracy and is about as loud and as heavy as my brothers Bull-style .22 Plinking pistol.

First time purchase about a year or so ago of a non traditional style Crosman pistol and am well pleased. Very similar to actual S & W 357 for overall grip feel. Enjoy shooting indoors as it is quiet and accurate on my 25’ range. Excellent buy for what you get as the versatility of dual ammo keeps shooting costs down and fun factor up.

Greetings from Argentina. I knew the Crosman Vigilante the same I knew the Umarex Python. As a matter of fact, I was in great doubt about purchasing one or the othero, till I studied characteristics of both. Finally, after some "market reseach", bought the Vigilante a couple of days ago. Must say (not underrating the Python) the Vigilante is a very well made CO2 revolver. You immediately notice its weight; metal frame; well designed break barrel system; plus the CO2 container (all metal as well). As said, metal parts are very well designed, and polymer ones are perfect; great quality. Good sights. Rear one totally adjustable (would’ve been a nice touch adding three white dots to ease aiming, anyhow). Trigger and hammer feeling in single/double action is great. CO2 performance seems to me more than acceptable: up to 60 shots uniform power. Obviously, I recommend this gun. Great price-performance-quality relation …!!!

I previously had a Crosman model 3576 CO2 revolver which I enjoyed but passed it on to my daughter to practice handgun shooting. I purchased the ‘Vigilante’ model to replace the 3576 and it is as good as the 3576 with the added flexibility of using either pellets or BB’s. I also like the updated barrel shroud with the dovetailed mount points to allow for easy scope or laser sight mounting. Single action trigger pull is excellent as are the sights. Good quality at a great price can’t beat it for plinking or practice for shooting ‘real’ handguns.

I recently bought the Vigilante Air Pistol and having had many previous firearms and air rifles and pistols I found the quality and craftsmanship to be quite exceptional. It could stand to have a couple of adjustments in the design but overall I nice well made pistol. However my only complaint is the th4 actual firepower. I bought this ultimately for rodent extermination. I have take accurate shots from roughly 3′ away dead to the head of the rodent… mind you not one but two different ones and it would not even pierce the skin with field point pellets inserted. Hence the low rating. I am very disappointed in that because I paid good money for an air pistol that failed to serve its purpose in that regard. I have owned several crosman firearms in the past and this was the first that actually ever let me down.

Needed something to practice with in the back yard. Extremally accurate and a blast to shot.

Great gun, Worth the money. Should have been way more for the amazing gun you get. They could sell this for 200$ and it would be worth it.

This is the best pistol airgun for target practice for beginners

It is perfect for back yard shooting and small mammals. It also is good for frog hunting small compact but packs a punch.

This is a great gun for beginners. Although it is a little on the heavy side. It has great accuracy.

The Vigilante was my first good CO2 pistol with an adjustable rear sight and rifled barrel. I still use it and have never had any issues with it. It served as a great introduction to whole hobby and I learned a great deal about target shooting from it. It’s still one of the best shooters in my now sizable collection of CO2 pistols.

Nice air pistol. Havnt used the pellet option yet that it has but the bb option works well. Loads quick but does seem to use up the the co2 cartridges fairly fast. But still easier than any pump pistol or rifle ive owned.

BB don’t hold onto the clip

Very happy. Shoots straight from the start. Being from Upstate New York, I know your Company well & have bought quite a few guns. Thank you for the continued quality & reliability all these years. U.S.A. made & proud

This is a tough question to answer, as I’ve been laidup with health issues and have not been able to review my purchase as you would like. Hopefully in the near future I’ll be able.
The item itself is very nice looking and seems to have nice balance…. the rest is to be determined.
Barrett Snyder –
Excellent. No hissing when installing the cO2 cartridge and it will send all 10of the pellets down range as fast as you can possibly pull the trigger. Loads of fun I even installed the Crossman red dot to the rail on the top.
DANNY LAWRENCE –
Wish it had more pop.

I like it. Accuracy is better than another pistol that I had. Like the 10 round clip.
Harry Young –
Love and my family love it as well
Duangdee Phommalee –
GREAT air pistol. It’s strong.
Soren S –
I use this thing to its limits, and I don’t know what Crossman does to their guns, but this thing is STRONG. I continually use this thing to its limits, yet it still holds up.
Cody Hamilton –
O loved it for only $60 great pellet gun
Zach Kaplan –
I highly recommend the Vigilante it’s worth every penny!
Ronald Boston –
Was great while they worked. I bought my 1st Vigilante through Amazon and it lasted 2 months before the C02 seal went bad. Took it to gun repairer and he said that he couldn’t repair it because it was the seal. I bought my 2nd Vigilante Pistol directly from Crosman. I was happy to get it and disappointed that the C02 seal went bad after 2 weeks. I’m super disappointed because I thought the 1st seal failure was an anomaly, so I purchased the 2nd one immediately only to experience another seal failure. I went and purchased a box of Crosman C02s to eliminate that possibility. That didn’t resolve the issue. So, I have 2 Crosman Vigilante Pistols with absolutely no recourse that I’m aware of. My Name is Ron Boston from Pine Bluff, Arkansas and should be easy to verify with your records. Any help with this matter will be much appreciated.
